Magnets and forces

 This week we have been investigating forces using the magnets. The children have predicted and looked for materials around the classroom that might be magnetic. We have also investigated what happens when you put two poles of the magnets together. We learnt the words 'attract' and 'repel' and have been trying to use them when using the magnets. The children loved making their own magic tricks with the magnets and bits of paper.
